It is true they lost to the Lakers 72 to 71 and will probably lose the series but they have battled. The Lakers were fortunate to win and this was on their own home court and with Jack Nicolson on the sidelines. This has bound to be an encouragement to the other teams. The Lakers are good but they are not the feared team and are beatable. The Rockets have shown that.

that game between teh rockets and lakers was one of the ugliest pro basketball games i have ever seen....at one point i was wondering if they were gonna make it to 70 by the end of the game...

One thing I never quite understand about sports fans is why they reason that their team will get better if they trade certain players. Granted, some players just don't fit well with some teams, but simply assuming that by trading a player a team would get quality talent in return is absurd. I don't know exactly what explayer2001 meant by that post, but I sure hope he's not just expecting that trading Francis would bring better talent to the Rockets.
