Me and my friend are thinking about going to a Mavs home play-off game with our whole body painted blue so we can get in free. Does anyone know if there are special types of paint you can use? I don't want to end up with a blue tint on my skin for the weeks after.

i think if you use a water based paint it should come off fairly easy. We painted ourselves for the 2000 forney v lake worth game, and it came off pretty easy. I know it was water based, but I cant remember what it was called.

The paint clowns use I think it might be grease paint but I might
be wrong.

If you paint yourself up like that and come a few hours before the game you get in free and get to sit in a special section with other people that painted them selves up.

So, that section looks like a "Blue Man Group" convention! :D

If you can't find 'body paint' then a water base paint is best... I recommend using some type of powder (such as baby powder) to make it last longer... the powder will soak up body sweat - keeping it from smearing...

Have you thought about a blue shoe polish? Just make sure you buff for a glossy shine...

are you sure they're doing the same deal during the playoffs??? Tickets are harder to come by, but I haven't heard anything about free playoff tickets.

You cant but tickets for the seats they put you in. And its not like you just paint you face show up at gametime and get in free. You have to do something crazy and come about 2-3 hours before gametime and go to the front entrance by the fountains. Then you have to yell and so stuff all before the game.

That wasn't a typo. 3M is a chemical products company. I'm not sure if they make paint, though.

Don't you get in free if you do that at a Mav's game?

OK I am for sure gonna do it. But I still dont know what to use. Can you just go to home depot and get paint that you use to paint walls with as long as its waterbased?

I read an article on Sat. about the Mav's "Superfan". He uses poster paint. You can probably can get it at an Arts & Crafts store. He gets to the Hangar a couple of hours before the game & usually doesn't get home until 12:30 or 1:00. Yowch...
