Well then, I guess my question is; why can't they call it spring practice and 4A and 5A can?

cause 3a schools cannot suit up in full pads in the spring and have workouts....4a and 5a can

I seem to remember my son telling me that the coaches said the UIL didn't think 3A needed spring practice because the level of competition wasn't as tough as it is for 4A and 5A. Of course we all KNOW that isn't true.
