Presidio 5-1
Greenwood 4-2
Monahans 2-4
Ft.Stockton 1-5
Kermit 0-6

The eagels are on a roll and are playing good ball after starting off the season horrible in pre district. We have a young team full of freshmen and sophmores, im glad they matured right before district or else it would have been a long season for the eagels!

WOW!! I had no idea that Pecos was leading the pack!

Is Presidio still ranked??

didnt presidio beat pecos. i know monahans lost to presidio 2-1 on a 2 run home run in the 6th.

Pecos beat Presidio 10-8

And yes Presidio is still ranked number 8 in the state!

Addidas why do you say things are changing out in the west, Pecos has always been real good in baseball, remember they have been 4A and they always made deep runs in 4A except the last two years they got beat in the second round by frienship!

:confused: How In the Heck Does Presidio( 3A Remember ) Field a Baseball Team good Enough to Compete with any in west Texas but not even have enough Fellas to Field a football Team??:confused:

im pretty positive about this. people from presidio have told me that they get players from mexico to play

I think that the people and coaches in Presidio have sort of given up on football as a sport and decided to concentrate on a sport that they think they can be good at. I think that their talent base probably is geared better for baseball success than football success so it it probably a good idea for them.

I have heard from a couple of coaches that Presidio has players that live in Mexico and play for the Mexican Junior National Team. Is this true? How is this legal?
