I hadn't changed my calendar from March to April when I was looking at going to the State Track Meet.....so, when I flipped over to the next month to see when my husband was off, I was actually looking at April NOT May!!

He IS NOT off that weekend!! I was SO looking forward to going to that too.....so was he.....this really stinks!!!

No...unfortunately!! His company doesn't work that way.

He gets 3 weeks of vacation, these 3 weeks have to be used in 6 day increments either before or after his normal 4 days off. (He works 12 and is off 4). These vacations all have to be set up by the end of February and cannot usually be changed!

I also have 3 weeks of vacation, but I am able to take a week off, 2 weeks off, or a day here and there, as I wish.

He may try to get his changed though....I would bet my last dollar that he checked the vacation schedule this morning to see if any one had a vacation that week!!

I know how he feels my company doesn't work like that either.
I have two weeks of vacation, witch is sick days, personal days&
vacation all in one kinda stinks. hope it works out for y'all
