3a track

hey,
do any of yall know where i can find state rankings on just 3a tracksters? i want to see top 4x100 relays and disc, shot.
someone posted a site on here earlier but i cant find it now.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Grahams has some real good relays 4x100 ran 42.4 the third leg also pulled up b/c of injury. And there 4x200 ran and 130 without there third leg who runs a 21. and they put a 23 runner in his spot. He is goign to be back for regionals though and they will be a force to be reckon with. The guy who got hurt went to state last year in the 200m and wont be able to go again this year. THey could have went one-two in region if he was going to run. They also have a discus guy that throws 155+ who is a soph.

DMN website?? whats that mean

oh well i was just looking for two people indivdualy, Gab mangual from commerce, he throws a 175 and another guy from Clyde, he throws 175'4 but i cant find neither of them on any other meets, i was just wondering if they had the top 10 throwers in the state cause i know im 3 with 167'9 i wanted to see what they were throwing or were their throws just fluks, like this guy from sonoma, that had a 190 throw then rest were 150 or lower. haha
