last meet, 167'9 discus. and the shot ring was really slipery so it srewed me up cause i spin. i sliped like 5 times, but still had a 44 foot throw i think. I was being coached by an All-American Thrower. which he trained Brian Robinson from Splendora, the kid that threw 215, 2 years ago and threw the shot 66 feet. He was teaching me some new things in the shot cause he liked how i spun and everything. i got a new pb yesterday in the shot, its 53 feet. That guy really knew what he was talkiing about

Our ring was slippery at Lorena too, it rained right before we were set to throw, and I scratched two of my three throws, one of them being easily 43' and would have sent me to the finals. :mad:

Diboll what is your workout for the entire week. Yeah i remeber watching Robison throw it was amazing. Congrats on those throws.

we have 7th period athletics, we do 3 sets of 6 on 10 arm stations then a bench ladder. we start at 295 then add 20 then add 20 then add 20. we end up at 365 1once,

it goes 6 4 2 1.

then i go throw at the track 5 press 15 spins. on both shot and disc

the meet has been changed to saturday and we throw at 9 so u could come down friday and chill till sat. oh and btw 54 feet in shot yesterday with coach v, coach stifle and coach baily all watching. and a 179 in discus. GG
