...Fresh hot CROW! Newton 38, Diboll 21. Come and get it everyone that said we couldn't cover #20, looks like we managed with 4 ints. Dibolls rushing game was pretty much nonexistent and their kickoff coverage was horrible. All that aside, good luck against Crockett.

Congrats to the Newton Eagles and the Diboll Lumberjacks in getting to the playoffs. Looks like the battle of the Eagles will take place next Friday @ Nacogdoches High with Fairfield/Newton. That should be a very exciting game and I am really looking forward to it. What is Newton like this season? I saw them last year against Teague but I am not sure what to really expect from them this year.

i hear that newton is like an east texas version of marlin...will be a good matchup...fairfield 17 newton 10.

East Texas version of Marlin? What does that mean exactly? A lot of speed is what I am assuming. I definitely think it will be a good game. If I remember last season I remember seeing a lot of running and play-action out of Newton and not so much drop back passing. I do not know if that is the case this season. No matter what though, I think Fairfield's defense will be up to the challenge.

ill take my crow on a shaaa bob :p great game it was really a close one if not for a few last minute TD agree? You guys have a massive O-line i sure do miss Diboll having on of those :) gl to you guys.

Massive o-line??? If 5'7'' 180lbs. is massive, then we are massive. I think our line is 240, 200, 185, 180 and 160? Maybe you were being sarcastic and I am just dumb.
