We SERIOUSLY need a couple more mods!

NO NO NO and a thousand times NO. There is a reason its not allowed. I had to dump a moderator on my own boards for that very reason. Egos are a big reason its not allowed in most places.

2K3 doesn't appear to be talking about deleting other people's posts. His statement is about his OWN posts. Not sure why he wants to do that, but I don't see a big problem with allowing that.

kaorder, with this new software, a distinct line of authority can be drawn between mods and admins. Level of control is software programmable by the admins. The original problems you were referring to could be eliminated now, if it's set up right.
