Good luck for everyone as they start district!! Region IV keep me up to date on district scores in the Coastal Bend and San Antonio area. I'm trying to keep up with all of the 3A districts in Region IV for my website.

If I can get help from 3A coaches from all regions, I can try to do it all of the state. http://www.sweenysoftball.org

Good idea 18, if you will just keep up with Region IV, I will get some help( M.A.C, Caldwell Coaches, etc) in getting the scores together for Region III.....Maybe (Borger Coaches) up in Region I can assemble viable game scores up that direction.....Do you know someone to get Region II stuff together? I know a lot of people in Region III that will help out in getting accurate scores together as they happen. Meanwhile, I will start a posting site for "Region III District Softball Scores and related scores"

I just added something to your other thread. I can get it done because I have e-mail addresses of over 250 high school coaches in the state in my data base. I'm going to send out the e-mail to everyone on Monday (everybody should be off of spring breaks by then) and should be able to have everything running by the end of next week.

I do need your help and we can get it done and I'll furnish the place to post it all!!

To 18, I am interested in EVERYONE getting the District information not just the Coaches in your organization. Please post what info that you have and we can fill-in-the-blanks so that there is a complete sharing of data for everyone's benefit here on 3A Down Low, not just your organization....

My intention is to benefit EVERYONE, but I am going to use the contacts in the TGCA to help me get as much information as possilbe. I also need everyone's help to make this work. I set it up already and will post some information on Monday.

Thanks, do you need us to start reeling off district scores that have already taken place around the State, that we have records of, or wait ?

Tonight the Sinton Lady Pirates defeated the Mathis Lady Pirates 9 to 3 in district 30 AAA. It was the first district game for both teams.

I'll take every score that you have. I'll put those at the bottom of each district list. I know BC has already played a couple, so if you can get their district's scores -- that'll save me from having to research as much and I'll work on East Texas.

Thanks so much!!

Hey 18! Great comeback. Your girls showed a lot of guts tonight, never giving up. Congrats!

My girls did great, especially after giving up 3 in the first. Our defense was really good tonight and you're right about never quitting -- 5 of the 6 runs were scored with 2 outs last night. My pitcher got into the groove about the 3rd inning and I started feeling a lot better.

I told you Palacios was MUCH better!! They are going to make an impact on the race.

The Sinton Lady Pirates played Beeville a 4A team this morning (Saturday) and lost 5 to 4. I was told this by one of the players. It was a well played game by both sides.

A correction on the score was Beeville 4 Sinton Lady Pirates 3. Still a one point game.

To 18, Has the e-mail request worked? A list of 250 Coaches should garner some responses if they understand how interesting this data could be.

Old, I hope the coaches respond. I will give scores as I know it or hear about it but since I am only a fan I don't consider myself an official source. Still unofficial information is better than nothing at all but I know we would all like things to be official and timely.

So far, I have received about 8 responses with scores and a couple gave me complete district standings so far. A lot of the coaches were on spring break last week, so they are just catching up on all of their e-mail. I should get more as the day progresses. I will update my site tonight.

Old Cardinal,
See if you can get the district standings from Bridge City's district. The PA paper hasn't been a real good resource and the Houston Chronicle doesn't list their district.

That pitcher from one of the 3 Beaumont Blast 18 & U teams is really coming through for Splendora...
