All of the "engineers" who have designed some of these toys that we have to put together on Christmas Eve. Man...I just spent two hours putting together my sons big wheel. What a pain! They give you these little diagrams that in no way give you any clue as to the difficulty of the task at hand. Fortunately over the past several years I have been collecting every tool known to man so that I can put these things together. By the way...I am not sure if my son even wanted a Big Wheel...but I did as a kid...so that is all that matters....right :p
