Forney scrimmages Dallas Jesuit tonight at the old jackrabbit stadium, should be a good one. not real sure about what time i will post that later as soon as i get a sure time. :cool:

I heard Gainesville had a hard time finding people to scrimmage them this preseason...

Accually, Keith is right about Forney being happy about not scrimmaging Gainesville again... I found this quote from the Forney HC in the DMN yesterday...

"We're really happy to be scrimmaging someone besides Gainesville this week. When it comes to winning the most meaningless games and scrimmages then gloating about it, they take the whole cake."

I saw that quote as well. Gainesville should be state scrimmage champs.

yeah..i was in gainsville yesterday in the fieldhouse...wow...you should see all those scrimmage trophies....they were freaking awesome....in the last 10 years....forney and gainsville has played twice....anyone remember those scores...oh yeah...i forgot it wasnt pretty....the sad part is...i almost scored twice against Gainsville and i didnt play offense!

hehe....yeah...dallas whooped houston in their opeing scrimmage last year...then what happened when they played in a real game...forney is preparing for aledo...they werent preparing for gainsville

The freshman started to play, but was delayed because of lighting and rain. To save time JV anf freshman scrimmaged at the same time each had their own side of the field and the Varsity moved to the indoor practice facility.

Well my team has never played Gainesville in football (to my knowledge) whether it be a game or a scrimmage... So your reply wouldn't cover me...

Keith I will give Gville credit they did beat us in bi-district in '89. CONGRATS. :rolleyes:

they also beat forney 2 years ago in the area regional quarter finals in basketball...congrats...
