Should be a great one. Both teams are coming off losses, and are wanting to recover with a big win in bi-district.

Can the Rice defense stop the pass. I believe in their the two losses this year, the other team was able to pass the ball on them. What kind of QB and Rec. does Halletvile have?

the q.b. for hallettsville is there main weapon. has throw for around 1700 yds. and ran for close to 1000 yds. good recievers but i think they lost one of there best recievers earlier in dist. play.
best defense against them is to have a ball control offense. thats what cuero and yoakum did to beat them.

Are there 2 players out for Rice? The QB and a running back. The QB is out for the season, what about the RB?

The QB may get a medical release as early as Nov. 25th. I doubt that he will play as QB but may be able to hold the snaps on extra points. Our RB is out for this week's game only. If we are fortunate to beat Hallettsville, he should be back for the next game. Good Luck to Bellville in the playoffs and hopefully we meet up again down the road!!

Good luck, Rice! I hope your QB doesn't come back too soon--been there, done that with those decisions, it is a lot of pressure on a kid. Anyway, y'all have the tools, show no mercy!
