Yankees will win games 6 and 7 and the World Championship of Baseball will once again be at their feet! Enjoy your brief glory Florida but the Yankees will get it all in the end once again. They have the power plus they have the man from Texas pitching for them. Yankee Power once again! YANKEE POWER!

Win or lose, don't ya just have to love those Marlins and Captain Jack? What a scrappy bunch of guys.

It's been a nice collection of games and it's always nice to see the Yanks lose (people here in the Seattle area hate them, too...not just the Red Sox). The sad thing is there's a good possibility that the Marlins will tear the team down like they did in '97. That's a scrappy group of guys and they had better hope the risk of throwing Beckett tonight on three days rest doesn't come back and bite them. He's a power pitcher and the extra day would have done him some good. Look for his 95-98 mph fastball to be in the 92-95 range. He'll be hittable if he's not throwing the curve for strikes. If the Yankees win tonight, Mussina will make sure they're in good shape tomorrow as well. Beckett better be on or in my mind, the Marlins are in bad shape...

the yankees smell funny! hehe, yeah, im hoping for the marlins to pull this one off. like i said in a post before, it will go to game 7, and thats the only game that will be played hard and to potential, and hopefully the yanks will go down!

It hasn't happened yet even though as of right now the Marlins are ahead 2 to 0. But never fear - the Yankee power hasn't started yet and when it does it will overcome with triumph and glory in these last innings. We are going to game 7 which will be a rerun with the Yankees winning!

Josh Beckett has done his job. I hope they don't pull a cubs and keep him in. He's struggling now in the 7th. Go to your set up man and then the closer and say goodbye Yanks.

He got out of the 7th with 2 strikeouts. I think I would still go with a fresh pitcher in the 8th and my closer in the 9th
