Gladiators

Anyone have any news on how the Gladiators benefit turned out for Corey...I never heard anything about it!!

Because of the way donations were deposited it's hard to know exactly how much was contributed from this event. Several high schools players went out with their helmets and collected money for Corey. Lewisville,Carrollton,Denton,Springtown,Aledo,Coll eyville Heritage, jsut to name a few. The Everman boys collected at several malls Friday nite before the show and raised an aditional $3,000.00, and presented it at the show at Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville. Many teams and Coaching orginizations got involved and gave. Several Cheerleading teams also gave, it was awesome! They also had a silent auction that went on after the show was off the air, all in all, we believe about $30,000.00 was raised by these fine folks. To date, without counting the $100,000.00 raised by the Burnet activities, we had $160,000.00 in Corey's account. Great job by everyone involved!!!

Thanks 65.....just never heard much about it. It was too bad it was schedlued same day event in Burnet was!!
