Navasota has to travel to Wharton and it is their homecoming...I believe they may also have a chip on their shoulder about last year...I say Navasota...35-21...Wharton has a nice balanced attack and some big bodies up front on D, but Navasota's passing game seems to be coming around...any other opinions...

I agree Wharton will have alot on there hands,but their 70 point win last week will boost confidence. I predict a 14 point game.

I was at the AP game...not to disrespect AP, but they were very slow and very small...i would guess young, too...they moved the ball early, but then made some mistakes...they made Wharton look very good, but I've seen 2 other games on film and they didn't look 70 points impressive...
we'll see...

I think that Wharton will pull this one out,but they have to play a very hard game;and not fumble the football or any turnovers.I'm gonna say wharton will beat the ratttlers by at least 7 points. :mad:

I think crockett and madisonville will be a good game to watch this is one of da biggest rivalry's dating back till probably da 60's madisonville is out to be crockett on there homecoming after da way crockett punished them lastyear.......

wharton does have some big bodies on d and alot of speed on offense and there qb can throw. i think that if navosota can match up well with whartons speed they will be able to handle them. But i have noticed what wharton 'can' play like if they go into a game focused, they beat columbus 44-0 and they beat aransas pass 70-0 but they have lost a few. Also i think that if wharton jumps out to a good start they will be hard to slow down. But i still think navosota will win the game.
