But then what would you guys have to do??? if you aren't sitting around making lists and more lists... and then arguing over them???? Gee......

J2k thinks Decatur was a flash in the pan. Maybe the AP thinks the same about Bandera. Hard to say why they did not put Bandera there unless the ones who voted come here to comment. Anything else is speculation on the part of the poster who says..."the reason is...". Truth is, no one knows but the folks who voted.

Hey MarlinFan thanks for the curiosity about Bandera. Although Bandera usualy does well in the playoffs the coaching situation always seemed to lose it deep in the playoffs. Last years team had a Cinderella season defeating all odds and coming out on top in the end.

We have new coaching now and everything seems to be at peace with the sqaud but the team was left in shambles with only Seniors carrying the team last year and no replacements with any experience coming back, save one or two line man.

In a few years if the new coaches can handle the wolves of a tough district and the politics of not being able to loose, then they should return to their former greatness.

The boys of '03 were a rare crew.

Don't worry, YaYa, Bandera has Bellville's respect! Even with upheaval, I am surprised they weren't ranked.
