Gainesville (10-0) vs Paris N Lamar (6-4)
This one could get UGLY....PNL will become Gainesville's sacraficial lamb....Gainesville by 45
Lindale (7-3) vs Texarkana L-E (4-6)
L-E hasn't made the playoffs since they won state in 1999....but I think their run will be short...Lindale was ripped by Gilmer last week but they are an excellent squad..Lindale by 7..
Forney (9-1) vs Wills Point (7-3)
This one gets ugly...Forney gets WP at home...and WP is down this year...Baylen Laury gets 200 yards and 4 TD's....Forney by 31...
Longview Spring Hill (9-1) vs Carthage (7-3)
Best game in Division I Regoion 2...this isnt the SH team that gave up 50+ in Week 0 to Tyler CH..their defense has improved vastly..JaMario Thomas has been putting up big time numbers..Carthage has a stout and punishing ground attack as well..winner of this one may be too beat up for Forney...Spring Hill by 2..

Celina (9-1) vs Commerce (7-3)
2 years ago this woulda been a GREAT game..a little luster is off this one but hey it's a Thursday night game so they'll get the stage to themselves in DFW...Commerce is really down this year...Give me Celina by 14..
Gilmer (10-0) vs Daingerfield (9-1)
The game of the week in the state...it's a shame 2 top ten teams play in the first round..I know Daingerfield has Gilmer's number...but I have a feeling the Buckeyes win this one..they absolutley ROLLED a pretty good Lindale bunch..Gilmer by 3....
Crandall (6-4) vs Canton (7-3)
The Pirates and Eagle have long played on a regular basis...Canton really hasn't beaten anyone of Crandall's caliber all season long..I think Canton keeps it close..but give me the Pirates..Crandall by 14
White Oak (7-3) vs Tatum (6-4)
Tatum beat White Oak by 46 in Week 0...this one will be a little closer..but Tatum didn't beat WO by 46 for no reason..too much speed! Tatum by 24
Pilot Point (6-4) vs Quinlan Ford (9-1)
QF has proved me wrong all season long...so now I'm gonna take the Panthers over PP.....now watch me jinx em! Quinlan Ford by 12
Mt Vernon (5-5) vs Atlanta (6-4)
Judging from the records this one could be close...BUT I think that Atlanta rolls big time...the Rabbs are really on a roll..Atlanta by 33
Kaufman (5-5) vs Van (9-1)
Van has been really playing well of late....they beat up a decent Wills Point squad...Kaufman has a good win over Crandall, but nothing else of note...I think the Vandals take this one...Van by 11
Jefferson (6-4) vs Rusk (8-2)
Rematch of last year....too much Cody Glenn for Jefferson to handle once again this year...Rusk by 17
