What does Lamesa have?

I've seen alot about Lamesa being good this year. I think this site has them as the darkhorse or whatever it is. I was just wondering if anyone knew what they had coming back or anything else about them.

Texas Football Magazine picks Lamesa 3rd in district behind Snyder and Sweetwater. 17 lettermen returning with 7 offense and 6 defensive starters coming back. Key players returning: QB Bryan Nowlin, RB Brandon McCurley, DB Jaime Hernandez, and G Steven Valenzuela. Looks pretty good to me. Good luck this year.

I've heard Lamesa had a great offseason and summer work outs. on the first day of pads they looked like they were ready to defend district 3-3A title and Bi-district title.they deserve more credit then they have recived. but one thing snyder and sweetwater must realize is lamesa has alwayz been the darkhorse in the past and has alwayz come out to be better than the rest in their district. so that is y i think my nick fits lamesa
