If Sinton wins out and Taft wins their next two can they really make the playoffs? What about AP?
Who would of ever thought that Taft even had a shot.

Taft needs to win their next 2 games & hope both Sinton & West Oso win their next 2 games. Then I think they are the 3rd place team. BUT 1st TAFT needs to beat Mathis!! eek! Good Luck!

from waht a reliable source has informed me, 3 mathis players are no longer with the team for violations of team rules.

Welcome to the board, 32trap. If Taft gets up for Mathis the same as they did for us, I think Taft has a chance to knock Mathis out. It won't be by a wide margin though.

I agree with 66, if Taft plays tough they can beat Mathis. I'm sure they know what this game means, so they just need to get ready. I would love to see Taft in the playoffs.

Did their starting QB have knee surgery? Heard he tore something in the Ingelside game.

All I saw in the paper yesterday was that he may be lost for the season.He didn't play last week because of an unspecified injury.Not sure what really happened.

It would be nice if Taft would beat Mathis but it's unlikely they will. They never seem to match that rivals intensity in other games. Maybe Mathis losing will amp them up but we'll see.
