Gen1X bats shatter

has anyone had one of these Gen1X bats shatter? we have had two bats break in two days. just wondering.

Saw it happen in the Elgin-Giddings game last night. Kid from Elgin hit an inside pitch off his hands and the top half of the bat sailed toward the shortstop.

that is the second bat like that that has done that to us the first on e happened to us on monday in batting practice and it the first time that i've seen any thing like that ever happen to a bat that is expensive but to have it happen in a game that was weird I play on that elgin team and that guy that hit the ball bats in front of me he said that he hit solid and that it just shattered.

King High School in Corpus has shattered two this year.

our team has 2 gen1's and a gen1 air and we havent had trouble with any of them, maybe we just have good luck.

we use omaha's and the all have dents in them, but none have shattered.

any suggestions on what the best bat out on the market is? thought it was the Gen1X but now i'm questioning that.

my favorite is the Platinum c55s or the new omaha, im not a very big fan of the air anything!

i had an older c555 before the Gen1X and loved it but when i called to ask about the newer one they told me they had stop making them. great bats though.
