How do you get a diesel horn into the stadium?

Gobbla2001

Take one off of a truck, OR just buy one...

When I'm watching my team at a stadium I clap and say "Yeah!"

Ok, but how do you get it into the stadium. I didnt think they would let people bring in deiseal horns

I didn't think they let people bring "The Big Book of Soccer" into stadiums either.

Depends which stadium you go into... Some people have a problem with it, some don't...

It's not my horn, it's someone else's...

I believe they bring it inside of the stadium in a diaper bag or something like that...

Gotta honk it atleast once before anyone sees it...

A lot of people in our stands ring cowbells and yell, jump up and down when our team scores,
Lexington brought a huge horn that sounds like a train to our game that they sounded off when their team scored. I thought it was pretty cool and great way to show support, a lot of people thought it was annoying but hey, they were scoring and we weren't, can't blame Lexington for that, their horn was pretty cool though.
I heard the Giddings folks didn't appreciate it at all and actually had the cops or someone tell them not to use it, of course this could just be a tall tale.

You can always count on Giddings to ruin people's fun.

My son went to the Caldwell/Giddings game last night, he said Caldwell had the same type of horn that they sounded off when they scored, I bet Giddings was really annoyed by that, especially since they were in Caldwell territory and couldn't call the cops or do anything about it.

Jump up and yell, clap, and do a lot of wooohooos. Sometimes give some high fives.

Stand up, cheer and get ready to duck when the cheerleaders throw packets of candy and small purple footballs into the stands. A couple of those gals have real arms. :D

Tell me about it, I've seen a couple of people get whopped in the face by those candy packets and then when our cheerleaders chuck little footballs and T-shirts into the crowd, I've seen chaos and trampling, but at least the players hear all the cheering and yelling and it benefits them, they get fired up.

There are those of us that don't like that horn. But last night was the last time this season for the horn. He's not allowed to use it in district play.

No matter how u celebrate after your team scores you should be loud because when you are one of those players out on the feild and you hear your fans erupt into loud cheering it gets u more pumped up than anything. I think that the fans can control alot of how much there team is in it.

I jumped up and down, and sing the fight song with the band and cheerleaders.

Depending on how "crucial" the TD is, I either scream and clap (with a klapper wink ) or I scream and hug everyone around me.

On a side note, I was at the Crane/Midland Christian game Friday night. They had one of those huge train sounding horns on the track. They didn't just "blow" it on a touchdown, they did it everytime the team did something good!! It was SO annoying. In the 3rd qt. (after the MC coach got a flag for unsportsman like conduct) MC lined up again and another flag was thrown. I think it just must have been an attention getter, because the ref waved it off, but the announcer told MC they would have a penalty each and every time the horn was blown again.

So....in conclusion, maybe the cops can't do anything, but I guess the referees can!!

MC brought "the horn" to Burnet last year and nearly ran us out of the stadium. This year coach asked them to "leave it in Midland" and the game was much more pleasant. I'll say one thing, whoever put it together sure did a bangup job because it was some kinda loud!

Yeah that horn was anoying. they would blow it when they got 1 yard on our defense. so it was about every 5 seconds that the horn would go off in the fourth quarter when we had our scond string in the game.

Yeah, about the horn that Midland brought to Burnet....man, that is what I call annoying....they don't have a band and I felt sorry for them. What was funny was that they were constantly honking that thing on every 'little' play and being VERY obnoxious and then our band director figured out the notes that make that sound of their air horn and we played it after they played it and the referie came up to our band director said that we were too loud, and that they might consider penalty if we didn't quiet down. I just thought this was hilarious. But, we kept it comming even louder! Gotta support our dawgs! GO BURNET!
