Everman 22 Glen Rose 12(JV)

This game was played in extremly muddy conditions and thats probably why the score wasnt any higher, and the game was ended earlier than expected because off the conditions of the field and no lights on the field. We played on the pratice field to let you know...

Castleberry 7- Venus 0

This game ended up being a defensive game all the way due to the very wet and muddy conditions. The winning td was scored by a defensive end.

Marlin did not field a JV team last night :( so no action for them... but our Freshman got to play... Caldwell 30 Marlin 14... So that makes the Fish undefeated so far...

Go Hornets!!!

Almost all of the North Texas 7th grade thru JV games were cancelled in order to maintain the integrity of the fields for Varsity Play. It has been raining all week and I guess the thoughts were, the fields need to be in as good a shape as possible for the Varsity Games. There are just too many Key games at the Varsity Level this week. I am not sure that this is fair to the lower classmen, but I totaly understand the reasoning.

Barbers Hill's JV shut out Coldsprings 34-0. The trojans have won 11 games in a row before they came to the HILL. Barbers Hills JV is undefeated this year, Looks like BH should have another good team next year.
