This is one of those down and dirty nasty rivalries from the days when both schools were 4A. And it still is now that they're both 3A. Snyder is better than their record indicates and is improving each week, but Sweetwater has a better defense and more weapons on offense. Sweetwater by 18.

Got to go with the Mustangs! Sweetwater by 7 because Snyder always plays them tough (rivalry). I have to give credit to the Tigers for really improving from an early season slump.

This is definitely an ugly little rivalry. Snyder did manage an upset last year but this year they are playing in the Mustang Bowl. I predict Sweetwater will put a waxing on the tigers and win by 20 or more. ( a little payback for last year)

not so fast my friend...swater is hurting bad!!! They have not been full speed since the first half of the greenwood game. don't look for the stangs to hang a big one on the snyder boys.

I'm with you heck, I have seen both of them play and Snyder looks pretty good. Gonna be a good one. Wish I didn't have to go see Greenwood blow Monahans out.

This will be a great game. Is there any starters for either side out for fridays game? Snyder lost a back against Ft Stockton two weeks ago I think.

Also I hear that this Michael Wells kid from Snyder is the KTXS Player of the week. I Think he has had contributed over 500 eek! yards in Snyders last two games. He may make it a more intresting game friday.

oh yeah.. ya think the Roy Horn Tiger mauling In Las Vegas is a sign from the football gods about what is going to be the out come of the Mustang Tiger match up in sweetwater Friday :p ? LOL..
