ill be at both games also...dont care about watching wylie/kilgore...wylie is prolly one of hte most overrated teams in class 4A...and their fans are a bunch of fricking babies....

Area's top 3A teams to clash at Texas Stadium

Gainesville and Forney, the area's best Class 3A teams, will meet in the playoffs for the first time since 1989. The Division I Region II final is 4:30 p.m. Friday at Texas Stadium.
Gainesville, No. 1 in SportsDay's Class 3A-and-other rankings and No. 3 in the Associated Press' state poll, and Forney, No. 2 in the area and No. 5 in the state, have outscored their playoff opponents, 170-51.

The game features two of Class 3A's best running backs: Forney's Baylen Laury (1,818 yards, 30 TDs) and Gainesville's Terrius Purvey (1,318 yards, 24 TDs).

Gainesville won that 1989 playoff game, 28-0.

i'll be there - i havent missed a playoff game since 1990 'cept round 1 in 2001 (i think) against mabank, i went to watch cove-mcneil instead, then last year i was down under for all but round 1.
