Anyone have the box score for the Jasper and Nac. game, the Enterprise didn't have it this morning. 92 looks like the "O" is starting to click.

If you find that boxscore, let me know. Our next opponent, Strake Jesuit just took it to Bay City. That's gonna be a tough game for us, but we'll need a good test before the Newton game...

I heard at the game last night at the half McQueen had 5 carries and 124 yards, Mitchell had over a hundred with about 7 carries. The defense was really hittng last night, reminded me of the "D's" of the past. Mitchell was also 4 of 5 passing for over a 100 in the first half. He didn't play in the second half, they played two sophmores at QB. They played great. I still can't find any totals.

You would think that they'd be more competitive with as high an enrollment as they have, especially against 3A competition.
I think they've been outscored to the tune of 164-9 in their first three games. I don't remember who beat them in their first game, but they lost 44-0 in that one, 56-0 to Lufkin and 64-9 to us. I guess the best athletes don't go out for football. that's the only thing I can think of. I can't remember a team that should be halfway decent that is this bad. At least Coach Lauve called off the Dogs a little (pun intended) in the second half. Otherwise, we could have seen a rerun of the 1990 Cleveland game, which was 41-0 after the first quarter and ended 82-0. It wasn't as close as the score indicated. There were 2 TD's called back by penalties on drives we didn't score on. It could have been that bad with Nac, I think....

Hopefully they will call them in from now on, at least to Beaumont.
