Commerce people....tell me something

hey...heard a bad rumor bout a player in commerce...before i say anything about it just wondering if their is any truth to it. Like i said, out of respect for the player...i didnt want to talk about it...prolly shouldnt even bring it up on here but if its true it will get out any way.
