This is another game that surprises me a litle. I thought it would be close, but I kinda thought Forney would have won.

I was kinda leaning toward Forney too. Hopefully Matthew and crew can fill us in. Think this is the game they all went to.

Aledo is better than I thought they'd be...Newton is a heck of a player....as for Forney I think I overrated them some..they moved the ball but the offense stalled...they have a great defense and a good O-Line..but they are to be quite honest kind of slow...LOL it is weird to see but they are slow of foot..I may have to rethink my pick of 13-3A and pick Hutch to win that district

So it wasn't turnovers and such? They just got outplayed?

Forney statistically beat Aledo, however, at crucial times the Aledo defense was able to hold them. Congrats Aledo!

Ok, that makes some sense. Forney will probably get better further into the season. They may be in the same boat with us for now.
