Little Elm has never made a playoff appearance..

Nevada Community has never made a playoff appearance..

Whitesboro has never made a playoff appearance..

Stafford has made one trip to the playoffs in 1989 losing in bi-district in Class 2A..

Presidio has made one trip to the playoffs in 1990 losing in bi-district in Class 2A..(looks like they won't be in the playoffs for a while..)

Progresso has made one trip to the playoffs in 1990 losing in Class 2A bi-district..

Paris N Lamar has made 2 trips to the playoffs in 1979 losing in Class 2A bi-district and in 2002 losing in 3A bi-district..

Venus has made 2 trips to the playoffs in 1945 losing in Class B bi-district, and 1989 losing in 2A bi-district..

Palestine Westwood has made 2 trips to the playoffs in 1989 losing in 3A bi-district and in 1992 losing in 3A bi-district..

Correction. Progreso made it into the playoffs in 1990 as a 3A team, not 2A. They lost to Freer (now in 2A) in a close game if I remember correctly. Port Isabel beat them 63-0 that season in district play.

You are right TFINT my bad..actually 30-3A Past Player Taft has made 15 appearances in the playoffs...
1935, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1957, 1958, 1968, 1976, 1982, 1983, 1986, 1989, 1990 and 1993...

i kinda thought that taft might make this list... guess i was wrong...A friend of mine was telling me that Taft was actually one of the big dogs back in the 50's. People actually feared Taft more so than Sinton up until the latter part of the decade. They moved up from Class A to 2A somewhere in the mid-50's, but they continued to do well.
