Weakest District?

Using the Collier rankings if you average the bottom six team ranking from 8-3A you get a ranking of 169. (Carter 206, Diamond Hill 194, Godley 186 , Castleberry 168, Glen Rose 141, Venus 121) Can any other district beat that /

As far as lack of playoff success is concerned, look at District 31. Of the CURRENT members in that district, you have to go back all the way to 1989 to find a team that made it past the 2nd round of the playoffs.

I was thinking about 31 myself... Couldn't figure if those teams were in 29 or 31, finally got out my DCTF (duh) and figured it out...

14-3A is pretty weak also...but they seem to be better this year...

How about districts 26 and 29. District 26 overall record is 15-25 and the district 29 record is 8-22. Most of each district's wins have come against each other.

well since were talking about districts this might not be 3a, but 11 5a has lufkin longview and lee 1,2,3 in datapoll. I cant say the weakest district in 3a though beacausei havent saw enough teams

I will agree with you on 14-3A but, you will see that's why we play harder pre-games before district starts..
Wills Point has all was play top 3A and 4A teams to get us ready...
You can see by our record this year that Gilmer has a strong team and Lindale just got by us due to turn overs...
The two other teams in our district which are Canton and Van have been playing 2A and I really don't want say it but, lower 3A teams so they show a better record thus so far.
I think Wills Point will win District but, will have their hands full again this year with Forney in the play-off's.
But, Tigers look pretty salty this year people should not take us to lightly because anything can happen on any given night. "Right"
