It used to always slow down a bit around here after football season, but this place was slow even during football season. Any ideas to get it jump started again?

The downlow began it's slow death when the ppl that ran this place started banning users and deleting threads when we wanted to talk collegiate sports (especially texas/a&m). Once they started running ppl off for silliness this place was doomed. But in it's heyday this place was AWESOME.
