- For 4A-1 Region 4
---- D13 - All new district with all Austin schools not opting up this time. Taylor and Navasota moved here.
--- D14 - was old D13 - Fredericksburg moved here. Boerne to 5A-2 and SA Memorial to 4A-2.
--- D15 - most same - SA Kenedy moves here from old 14, - Calhoun moved to Region3 - D12, - and Rockport Fulton moves to 4A-2.
--- D16 - most same - Pharr Valley View moves here from 5A-2, Alice to 5A-2 and K King goes to 4A-2.
