This is incorrect. OG, Bishop, and Raymondville are dropping from 4A-2 to 3A-1. Maybe you got it reversed? I fixed it for you in the quote.

Yes I had it backwards. 5 to 4, 4 to 5, 4 to 3, 3 to 4, 1 to 2, 2 to 1, confusing!

Also forgot -- 5A-2 to 4A1 Canyon West Plains, and 4A-1 to 5A-2 Alice.

Maybe that's all. Now what District will they all be in ?

Which would make sense a bit, but then that would leave R4 with a potentially large district 13 or 14. So instead, I'd send Sinton, Ingleside, and Rockport WEST.

Maybe you meant 4A-2 to 3A-1? Liberty-Eylau is already 4A-D2. They've been in Gilmer's district for the last 6 seasons. I have heard that they may move down to 3A-D1. Pleasant Grove and Texas High have been taking in a lot of their students.
