Is this taking opt ups into consideration? Or just how things would look if opting up wasn't a thing and schools stayed in the division the fell in?

- Used Matt's snapshot list -
- if didn't show opt up counted them where their enrollment would fall -

- Corpus Chriti and Austin districts are not opting up -
- Opted up the Houston district - they always have -
- schools that weren't on the list I looked at there last alignment #'s to estimate where they would fall -

McKinney and Frisco are separated by only a few thousand in population. But Frisco ISD now has 12 5A high schools and McKinney ISD still has THREE ... one of which will still be a 5A.

What's the difference ?
Kids go somewhere else?
People in McKinney don't have kids.
