That is what Celina ISD professes to follow in the coming years. But I'm not sure what that entails. Maybe some you Celina long-timers or even haters can opine on this. Does that mean Old Celina High blows up to Allen size while they keep a tiny Weston High or Sutton Field High or whatever?
I still find it funny that McKinney has 3 high schools and can still keep one of them 5A. At the same time Frisco, whose city population differs by only a few thousand, has 12 5A schools.
