I need to congratulate the Gunter Tigers on here for their third 3A state championship. They haven't missed a playoff since 1998 (going back to Hart Jeanis, now that's a wayback) and have won 7 straight regional championships.
Jake Fieszel has been coaching the team since 2007 and already is closing in on 200 wins. He's 108-6 since 2016.
They are probably a decade away from 4A but they are clearly plowing the same row that Celina did in the late 1990s and early 2000s. They'll still need to go though Division I but they've beaten the likes of Pilot Point, Pottsboro and Whitesboro on a regular basis in non-district. They'll be fine.
By the time they get to 4A, the current playing field will be void because everyone else will have moved up to 5A and above. They'll play Gainesville, Van Alstyne and (at some point) Denison.
