Where are the Region 3 posters now? Thought I heard on here that Region 3 was by far the dominant region in 3A. Looks like Region 2 had by far the 2 best teams in Division 1(Gainesville and Forney, the only team who really slowed G'ville down), and the dominant D2 team in Atlanta. Noone even came close to testing them after district play. After seeing Burnet play, it makes you wonder what the other teams they slaughtered looked like. Region 2 still reigns supreme.

Congrats to ATL. Good team.
To the Marlin team and fans,you had a good season and after a slow start you didn't lose confidence in your selves. Hold your heads up!! You represented your region well!!! Good luck next year. :cool: wink

region 2 still a dominant region in 3A ball....overall...Houston area did pretty well thisyear...

I THINK REGION 1 HAD TWO REALLY GOOD PREPARED FOOTBALL TEAMS. HAD WE LOST TO DECATUR THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MY PICK. CONGRATS TO THE RABBITS AND MAYBE THE TWO TEAMS CAN MEET AGAIN.

i'm sure gainesville had a few "off nights", they were just so good and adjusted so well you couldn't tell !!!

The Houston area had 3 (that I'm aware of) state champions. That includes one team that is in region 2, so that looks deceptive. But go ahead and think region 3 is weak...we're really not that good... wink
