Our bond proposition for a $39.9m stadium passed 3,878 to 3,731. Our contract with Tarleton expires July 2025.

Good! D’Ville and La Marque are getting new cribs. I’m hoping this will be a shot in the arm to get LM on track again.

I’m glad the voters in both areas didn’t buy the lies.

Going to be weird not playing at Tarleton anymore. Hopefully they make the capacity fairly high.

It's right in the middle of an inflection point where playoff teams traffic, so the new stadium should pick up lots of business in November and December.

I was part of a committee that got some building cost estimates and made the $39.9m recommendation to the school board - those stadiums had a capacity of 7500.

Agreed - haven't been any at Tarleton yet this year - I'm afraid they've priced themselves out of the playoff market. Which stinks for me, I'd always try to catch a Thursday night game, or if we're playing Thursday, a Friday night game. They'd usually have at least one the first 2 or 3 rounds.
