The Bears are coming off a 49-14 win over Navarro while the Pirates are coming off a 48-21 loss to Edna. A toss up?

La Vernia offensive line averages 6' 3" 277
Sinton defensive line averages 5' 11" 225
Pirates will once again be at a size disadvantage. The positive side for Sinton's defense is they don't have to deal with the speed that Edna has.
Sinton offense is still struggling moving the ball consistently. Defense having their problems as well right now.
No homer pick. La Vernia by 14. Hopefully I'm wrong

We beat La Vernia 37-27 2 weeks ago thr not really fast but can throw the ball often and there defense is good they omost came back beat us bcs of turnovers but I know Sinton is good too give LV by 7

There was no problem on defensive front 7 side they got in there just didn't make the plays in backfield, credit to that qb he was elusive and that stiff arming was great. So many miss tackles and it was all Edna speed. I don't think Sinton faces a team like that rest of the way in regular season. Sinton secondary and offense a work in progress still.

As bad as it look they still had opportunities. Navarro is down seems this season.

Here is some of the game highlights of Sinton at Edna.

Looking back Sinton had an opportunity to maybe take the lead into halftime instead went down at half 34-14.

Just under 2 minutes Sinton on 4th down drop possible td in end zone that would of made it 27-21. Edna takes over and qb throws a short pass that the Sinton DB reads and missed the possible pick 6 instead the wr catches for a big gain that leads to td before half. Well that was about the close Sinton got in this game
