No way, I had Cuero also winning but in low scoring game. Calallen is just fundamentally sound just about every season on defense and running the ball and looks like with the new coach have added some passing to their offense. Both these teams should be playing into December and be rolling.

First, I’d like to say hats off to Calallen, what a quality ball team they have. This showed Cuero a lot, now we can go back to work. What a weird game though, I know you look at the score 24-8, and you’d say this wasn’t much of a game. That’s not true. This game could have ended 17-15 CC , 22-17 Cuero, or 24-22 CC. Cuero had two costly turnovers inside the 5 yard line, that could have changed the game drastically. BUT HATS OFF TO CC, THEY MADE PLAYS.Good luck to both teams.
