I had that date as Stephenville's homecoming too. Why couldn't they play at Alvarado and move the homecoming date?

They did...homecoming is now against Wichita Falls Rider in Sept

Timing is everything. Bring this vote back a week later and SISD voters will approve a triple-stack press box with luxury boxes and fountain soft drinks at every seat.

Dublin's stadium is new and has the same capacity as Alvarado. Playing in Dublin, SHS won't have to drive far and their fans get the home side. I wouldn't move it to Alvarado if I were them either.

wonder if a home/home swap with alvarado was ever an option - just give us 6 home games next year
