Don't know on Blackwell, Mack Truck would have been appropriate for the time. What happened to him after he left the Cowboys? What happened to John Blackwell? I don't think Cuero will play in the championship game either, just a dig from a (realistic) Burnet fan.

The nickname was "doonie"

THE TIGERS ARE "TUNED UP! It seems that Wharton's talented team is becoming very focused on the task at hand, Cuero shouldn't look toward "State" just yet!!!, could be a great battle!

i dont think theyll teach us another "lesson"
in fact, i think sinton will beat cuero if matched up again
we had a slow start and a lot of people without much experience, the experience is here now, if we do match up again, itll be a good game
