With Bishop, Orange Grove and Grulla now in 4A D2, I wonder if 16 4A D2 will be a 9 team district or Sinton and Ingleside be moved to a northern district.

For the sake of PI's travel budget, I sure hope Sinton & Ingleside get sent north. Possibly Orange Grove too?

Port Isabel came to Ingleside in 9 charter buses this year. I don't think anybody is worrying about travel budget.

I'm not talking about PIISD. I'm talking about the parents and fans from PI.

So do we have any district predictions now based on who’s in which class?

At first glance, needville, bay city and brazosport went 4A D1 while Sweeny, Columbia and Wharton went D2. The only teams in D2 “near” those 3 are Royal, Bellville, and Sealy. Lagrange probably being the next closest but I figure it makes more sense for them to go the Caldwell, giddings, Smithville, etc district. Thoughts?

I've got them all figured out. Will post later today. To many things going on. National Finals Rodeo, Playoff Games, HS basketball, college football, and whatever the wife can think up.

What about La Marque?

Yeah, missed lamarque in 4A D2. Any chance they could go east/north? Will be interesting to see how this plays out

Thinking Sinton and Ingleside get put with Sweeny/Wharton/Cuero and either Gonzales or Columbia as 6th team. Not sure District # they get label 15 or 14 if that happens. Either way Sinton and Ingleside can go way south or way north.

West Columbia is literally right next door to Sweeny, so them being the 6th team would make the most sense.

And the last time Sinton & Ingleside went north, it was labeled District 15. Wouldn't shock me if that's the case again should this come to pass.
