Have all numbers been reported? Even as of Saturday, a few were still missing. Several of them from the RGV region, too.

Most all the 4A numbers have been listed by Matt with TXHSFB. All RGV's were on the list. All the 4A's not listed are schools that opted up last time and probably will again.

With all due respect to Mr. Padilla, I have to agree with Stardog on this one.

Also, there isn't a snowball's chance in hell the UIL would allow a massive 9-team district in 4A DII.

Considering enrollment numbers are down in many parts of the state, the numbers may only go up a small amount, or pretty much stay the same.

Considering enrollment numbers are down in many parts of the state, the numbers may only go up a small amount, or pretty much stay the same.I agree with the districts being a tad odd but my point is the numbers If 4a d2 stays at 2020 numbers d2 will be too big.. it would bring a lot more teams up from 3a d1 so they will be raising the bottom to at least 550 and more like 560 to keep it real. Then they will be bringing in 7a to level the very top end... but not sure if that is 2022 of 2024..

Here is there projections for 3a d1 d2. Look for example at Iowa Park been 4a d2 a while with there new numbers and the new projected alignment they are 3a d1 .... Now look At Brock with there numbers they would hit 4a next year under the old plan.. but with the new realignment numbers Padilla is projected they stay the same 3a d1. Now look at both teams. They have basically the same numbers.. this year Iowa Park is 4a Brock is 3a... something will change next year as their numbers are the same..we will see

That's some really far flung districts. Gonzales, Navarro and Cuero are in the same district for most everything else normally. If this happens, there are going to be a whole lot of disagreements to the UIL ALL over the state for the entire realignment.

Smithville and La Grange should be in same district since the towns are so close
