How many starters do you have returning since late in the season last year?

I pulled out and old newspaper article from last year, when Bridge City was fixing to play Barbers Hill. The following return starters, are the only ones for BC that are in starting positions tonight!...DEFENSE: Steven Lapeyrolie was the Left End, last year against BH--He starts tonight at Left Tackle.....Michael Gauthier was the R. Cornerback, last year--He starts tonight at L. Cornerback: Now on OFFENSE, All District Luke Lyons, is the only returning starter, tonight! Now is that what you call a rebuilding year??.....Please share with us the return starters for your team?

Well Bridge City got beat by LC-M 28-6...LC-M has a great Tailback that came from Memorial(Port Arthur) and a great Fullback that came off WO-S starting line up,last year, they were great. They had some other skilled people that moved into their offensive program and a host of big offensive and defensive linemen, that just controlled- via a strong ball-control offense. BC had 6 Seniors and 8 Sophomores playing, truly a re-building year. It will take a while for them to come around...I look for Silsbee and LC-M to do quite well in that 20-4A District.

Yep Old card looks like BH and BC have some work to do. They will both be tested again next week with BC playing Liberty and BH playing HF. Good Luck to the Cardinals
