I am not surprised the Hutch beat Madison. The Hutch is really starting to come together and play good ball. District 13 3A is still up for grabs.

Saw Hempstead play our guys (Bellville) last week. They're legit! T. Nelson, the big center, is more than just big. This guy can really jump, dribble and pass. He's a PLAYER. Don't know who their 7 losses came from, but these guys can sky and run the floor! Catch 'em if you get a chance in the play-offs.

I have seen them play in the Barbers Hill tournament and their 6' 9" center is amazing. Follow the link below to see their wins/losses.

Hempstead is a definite contender..Tyrone Nelson is one of the best centers in the state...they also have very underrated gaurds as Navasota found out last week...Hempstead is my pick to come out of Region 3..
