Wow - that is a great story.... I have friends in that area of Missouri... I'm gonna send this to them so they can follow.... I love a feel good story....

I hope they make a movie about this one day so the world will see what a bunch of idiots run the UIL.

This is a tough case for the UIL...unfortunately for the kid there wasn't a lot of paperwork from Nigeria...so there wasn't enough information to really make an educated decision...over-age waivers are only granted on very limited cases

Unfortunately in today's world with litigation, 25 year olds posing as 18 year olds to play sports etc...its a tough situation....as soon as you err on the side of the student and something bad happens guess who ends up in court fighting a lawsuit?? lol
