Waco Connally 52-Gatesville 30. The Connally Cadets are playing really well right now, and could be a major player in Reg.3 Div.I.

Not if Caldwell Hornets have anything to say about it. They played like a bunch of guys who really wanted to prove something.

Well they better play really good if they hope to compete with Connally. I think the Cadets will win that one by a bunch.JMO

In two weeks, I think Cuero might beat Burnet. JMO

Very possible, Cuero is looking really good. Somerset, our first round opponent is very talented also. Our road will definately be difficult, to say the least.

The Caldwell players need to put on their jet after-burners if they hope to compete with Connally. Those Cadets are blessed with speed, speed and more speed as well as superior talent at all positions.

I agree with you. I am a Gatesville Hornet fan and witnessed this past Friday night just how good Connally is. They are definitely blessed with speed and talent as well as being poised and focused. They run the same offense as Burnet and are very, very good. It could be a barn-burner if the Bulldogs and the Cadets eventually meet. I can appreciate Caldwell playing to earn respect, but as I said in an earlier post, the Caldwell Hornets need to put on their after-burners if they expect to keep up with Connally's quick stiking and high scoring team.
