After losing to Brazosport 3-2 on Thursday, the Ricebirds came back to beat Class 3A Boling 9-3, Class 3A Van Vleck 9-1, Class 4A Columbia 10-5 and then beat the Exporters 11-0 on Saturday..
EC was supposed to open District 25-4A play on Tuesday with a home game against Needville and then play Royal in Brookshire next Friday March 20.
But those games are postponed and a make up is still in the air. And the next game may not be played until March 30 or March 31.
