He deserved it and I expected this. The question now is who will be his offensive coordinator AND defensive coordinator, for that matter. As waterboy has often noted, defense wins championships.

Not sure how he will do, but I think he likely deserved a shot. We will see. I was kind of hoping we could bring in some new blood, but I knew Alan would likely get the job.

I'm on here the whole time I'm at work, silly boy. I thought I hit "refresh" but I guess I didn't. You're calling me slowpoke? You don't know me very well. I'm surprised you have any paint left on your truck from me passing you all the time on my way to work. And, one of my pet peeves is the idiot who drives in the left lane of an undivided, no turn lane, 4-lane highway when the right lane is open. It makes absolutely NO SENSE to me for somebody to drive in the left lane. At 70 mph, I would much prefer to have a few extra milliseconds to react to a vehicle crossing the center line. I would also much rather have to hit something at 70 than at 140.
